getEnglishCalendar
Returns the English calendar representation for a specific English date.
Unlike convertNepaliToEnglish, which starts from a Bikram Sambat date, this takes the Gregorian date directly and fills in the same derived fields (day of week, day of year, week of month and week of year) that the Bikram Sambat calendars carry.
Parameters

The English month (1 for January, 12 for December).

The day of the month.

if the month or day provided is invalid.
