getNepaliCalendarsInEnglishMonthByDay

The same month as getNepaliCalendarsInEnglishMonth, with each Gregorian day paired to the Bikram Sambat calendar it converts to rather than left as a hole in a list.

Every day of the month is present, in day order, and a day the conversion table does not reach carries a null NepaliEnglishMonthDay.nepaliCalendar. This is the form Swift gets, because an optional property survives the Objective-C bridge where an optional list element does not.
