toLatinDigits

Inverse of localizeDigits. Convert digits in any supported non-Latin script back to ASCII 0-9. Non-digit characters pass through unchanged.

Currently handles DigitScript.DEVANAGARI; other scripts added to DigitScript are picked up automatically without changes here.

Example - "२०८२/०२/१४".toLatinDigits() → "2082/02/14".
