What a NepaliDayDecorator adds to one day cell.

Colors left as Color.Unspecified keep whatever the picker's NepaliDatePickerColors would have used, so a decoration can mark a day with dots alone, recolor its number alone, or both. None of it changes the cell's size or its touch target.

A decoration never overrides selection: on a selected day, and on a day inside a selected range, the theme's container and content colors win and only the indicators survive, recolored to stay legible on that container. On a disabled day the colors are dropped as well and the indicators fade with the rest of the cell.
